What makes Mode unique?

How does the Mode toothbrush and dock work?

The Mode toothbrush is one of the most powerful brushes on the market, using 38,000 sonic vibrations per minute to clean the teeth. Mode includes a charging dock that plugs directly into the bathroom wall outlet and magnetically holds your toothbrush in place. Each time you are ready to brush, simply grab the brush off the dock, brush, then dock it again when finished. The dock also rotates to fit any space and includes a built-in nightlight.

Can I use mode if I have dental work (fillings, crowns, veneers, etc.)?

Yes, Mode is safe to use on all dental restorations, braces, fillings and more. If you have any concerns, we recommend consulting with your dental professional.

Is Mode suitable for children?

Mode is suitable for children 13 and up. We recommend consulting your dental professional before letting your child brush with Mode.

Will Mode work in my bathroom?

Mode is designed to fit in all bathrooms, as the dock rotates to fit the toothbrush vertically and horizontally. If you are concerned about Mode fitting in your space, reach out to our support team and we’d be happy to help, or view the photos on our product page to see how Mode works.

The Mode dock works with standard USA 3-prong receptacles only.

Subscriptions

How does the subscription work?

When you purchase Mode with a subscription, we’ll send you a new brush head every 90 days. We highly recommend changing your brush head every 90 days for proper cleaning and usage. Brush heads used for longer than 90 days may not clean the teeth as well and become frayed or matted. 

How do I update my subscription address, order or payment?

How often will my subscription ship?

Your subscription brush head refill will ship every 90 days. If you need to pause, cancel or change your subscription, please contact us.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently only ship to the United States. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO/DPO, US territories or internationally at this time

How do I clean and maintain my Mode?

Please follow the instructions to clean your Mode toothbrush and dock. Improper cleaning or misuse will void your warranty. 

Toothbrush

The Mode toothbrush is IPX7 waterproof, so you can rinse the toothbrush between use or for cleaning.

Dock

The dock that plugs into the wall is splash proof and should never be rinsed, soaked, or submerged directly into water. Instead, unplug the dock from the wall and wipe it clean with a slightly damp cloth. Once the dock is completely dry you may plug it back in.
